Promotions, Training and New Grill Dishes…

We are ecstatic to be reopening our doors on Monday 24th May after temporarily closing on Christmas Eve 2020 (a very long 5 months without you all)

But, a very busy five months for us here at Corr’s Corner Hotel, ensuring that when we finally could open that we would better than ever…

Let’s start off with our wonderful team, we are so proud that we have had two promotions within our front office team, with Lorna being promoted to Head Receptionist and Natasha is now our Reception Supervisor; we wish them both all the best with their well-deserved new job roles.

Our bar team have taken part in advance bar training focusing on spirits and learning how to make and create their very own cocktails; which you will get to taste over the upcoming months. They also have carefully selected a delicious range of Summer Cocktails for our reopening including a Frozen Solero!

Our Head Chef, Jason and his team of chefs have added brand new dishes to our already popular Grill Menu, including a very impressive 16 oz Bone-In Sirloin Steak (it is incredible!)

And, last but not least, due to our ever-growing demand we have extended our outside area which can now sit 35 guests! Let’s hope we get the weather to dine al fresco style…

We can’t wait to welcome you all back to the hotel once again, for your favourite grill dishes, for your family celebrations, coffee dates or a much-needed getaway.
